Refund Policy
All payments made to Cheran Academy are non-refundable once the enrollment has been confirmed. Refunds will not be issued for any course or service that has already commenced or been accessed. However, in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors during payment, a refund may be initiated after verification.
Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation made before the course commencement date may be considered if submitted in writing to our support team. Approval for such requests will be at the discretion of the management.
